together to organize “la fête du Cassoulet” (annual Cassoulet festival):a
gastronomic and festive event not to be missed in the south West.
Here the Canal du Midi, UNESCO World Heritage site, will take you from lock
to lock, from the Grand Bassin in Castelnaudary, to naurouze where the waters
flow either to the Atlantic ocean or to the Mediterranean sea and the rigole,
