Their workshop is from another era.
A small pottery using ancestral methods on the banks of the Canal du Midi. La Poterie Not is above all a story of family and traditions. Near the Mediterranean lock, along the Canal du Midi, the Not family continues to turn the famous saucepan. Pass through the door of their workshop, you will be able to see them turning and giving substance to all kinds of artisanal, culinary, decorative or even garden pottery. Their “oven room” still has the almost bicentennial wood-fired oven. Above, the drying room takes advantage of the cooking heat to dry the turned and engobed pottery.
