Ideal starting point for discovering the Aude Cathar Country and the Tarn and their many tourist sites: Canal du Midi, Bassin de Saint-Ferréol, Château de Saissac, Abbey of Saint Papoul, Revel and its open-air market, Albi... large villa opens onto a wooded and grassy garden of 1500 m2 equipped with games for children and a private swimming pool (12X6 m) secured by an alarm. A 5-seater spa is also accessible (optional: €100/day). The cottage includes on the ground floor: large living room (fireplace, billiard table) with fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm bed, a shower and sink (3 140 cm beds), bathroom and 2 independent toilets. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with (1 180 cm heated water mattress bed) (1 160 cm bed), bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. WC. Sports room (weight training machine) and parking on the property (possibility of parking 3 vehicles). 2 other independent gîtes are located on site. The owner lives on the estate. No excess capacity will be permitted.
