Description

This pleasant, easy walk will delight families and nature lovers. The trail runs along the banks of this reservoir built in 1990, which is also a famous fishing site. You will access the main dike, on the downstream side, built on the En Sérié stream. Do not hesitate to linger at the upstream part of this reservoir (not far from the starting car park), where there is a wetland.

Getting to the starting pointto report a problem

Step 1

From the scrubland car park, take the road which takes you towards the upstream dike. The main pool is therefore on your right; a wetland is to the left of the road. Go beyond the pool, on your right, a path allows you to follow the reservoir. Budding naturalists, enjoy! Many species await you. Very soon, signs will detail the fauna and flora of the site.

Step 2

You will see the main dike, the downstream dike, on which you will be able to cross in order to reach the other side of the reservoir, to follow the basin and return to the garrigue parking area.
