Come visit the Bérengou Farm to discover duck farming! Cradle of the family, Marc and Joël TARDIEU continue the activity of the family farm, in Bérengou, in the commune of Mezerville. Joël mainly takes care of the fields. He grows durum wheat, soft wheat, rapeseed, sunflower, protein peas, seed corn and beans. Marc is responsible for raising fat ducks, ducks and guinea geese. Part of the farm is labeled Organic farming.
Slaughtering and processing are carried out on site. There farm shop highlights all processed duck products for gourmets.
We won't tell you any more, you know what you have to do! Visits to the farm are by reservation… just so you know!

In Lauragais, different producers operate to maintain quality of the cassoulet recipe.
